-Machine wash on cool or warm, hang or lay flat to dry, don’t be bleachin’
-For print or cursive font, the name will be in all lowercase, regardless of what is typed in the box.
-For ALL CAPS, the name will be ALL UPPERCASE, regardless of what is typed in the box. **see below for mixed font option.

TO ORDER:
-Enter name, nickname, whatever you would like to be printed. Recommended no more than 8 letters on 12m-2t. no more than 15 on 3t+.
-Choose your bodice style.
-Choose your size.
-Choose your favorite font style for color swatches to appear.
-Please note that the ombre pattern placement on front, back, and sleeves will vary by item.
Turnaround time is 3-5 weeks from the time of order. Shipping time is separate from our processing time. All sales are final.
STANDARD DELIVERY AND PROCESSING
Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond the estimated arrival date. Unfortunately, Leotudes, LLC has no control over these shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. If your package tracking states "Arriving Late", please contact your selected shipping carrier for more information.
All leotudes items are handmade in Nebraska, US. We ship in a 3-5 week timeframe. This is the time it takes to custom design, print, sew, and prepare for shipment.
Leotudes uses UPS and USPS for shipping.
Shipping costs are based on the items ordered and the ship to address. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart depending on the total cost of your purchase. Leotudes is not responsible for items lost, stolen, and/or damaged in transit.
Separate orders can not be combined.
Some orders may require a signature for delivery.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping may be applied on U.S. orders over $200 with code SHIPFREE. Please keep in mind that this code can not be combined with any other promotional discount. Unfortunately, free shipping is not available for international customers at this time.
REFUSED DELIVERY
Any refused delivery may be subject to additional fees or a restocking fee. We recommend contacting us prior to refusing the delivery to avoid additional charges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
All of our items ship from within the United States. Prices are shown in US dollars. International shipments are not eligible for free shipping offers.
We are happy to ship leotudes internationally including and limited to Canada.
Customs and Import duties, taxes, and charges ARE NOT included in the shipping charge for UPS, and may be billed prior to delivery. Please contact your shipping carrier for information about this. Leotudes does not bill for this, and is not responsible for this fee.
Shipping time-frame may extend to 3-4 weeks.
All international sales are FINAL SALES.
