Our terms and conditions:
Leotudes are created in a 3-5 week turn around time. Shipping time is separate. We ship using the method chosen at checkout. join our facebook group for updates on what is currently being sewn.

Low Waste Company:
We are a made-to-order company. Due to our unique design process, we cut down on waste by only printing fabric we need, because it has been ordered. Each item we make is handmade in Nebraska. When we are able to open our building to foot traffic, you will be able to see our process from start to finish. If you are local you will soon be able to make an order in person and pick up when it is finished.
-Due to the custom/made to order nature, all orders are final sale.
-Exchanges and returns are not honored unless a mistake was made on our behalf- If we have misspelled the name, please email email@example.com. We will replace. Misspelled/mismade item must be returned to us before the replacement is sent.
-Personalized items with foreign characters are final sale. Please note that typos/misspellings will not always be caught by our team. The program we use to be able to edit and format this way flips it and removes spaces, not keeping it accurate 100% of the time. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds due to these situations.
-We don't recommend more than 15 letters on an item, 8 or less is great. More letters on twirls tend to fill out a bit better. As always, this is your item so please do as you wish, but this is what we recommend.
-Due to the custom printed nature of every single one if our items, you will occasionally see minor shadowing, sometimes strips of colors on your items. We reprint up to two times before shipping to you. If the third reprint is still showing these discrepancies and the final garment is not unwearable, it will be sent out as such.
Care for Tudes:
-Machine wash all items on warm or cool, like colors. Lay flat or hang to dry.
-Do not wash with zippers, buttons, anything that will get caught on the fabric or tulle and rip it.
-Items ship first class through USPS unless otherwise upgraded at checkout. Upgrading shipping timelines are only shipping timelines, not order processing timelines.
If a discount code is not used at time of checkout a refund will not be made. Order changes (addresses, sizes, names, etc.) can be made once your order is complete, if it is within 72 hours of purchase. Change your order by checking out with this link.
