Shipping times are not guaranteed, although we are processing as quickly as possible. Because of the restrictions and the repercussions of COVID, we are experiencing slower and more sporatic shipping times from our fabric manufacturers, giving us final sewing time delays. Join our facebook group for updates on what is currently being sewn. Thank you for your patience while we navigate this uncertain time.
-Personalized items are final sale
-Exchanges and returns are not honored unless a mistake was made on our behalf-If we have misspelled the name, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will replace. Misspelled item must be returned to us before the replacement is sent.
-Machine wash all items on warm or cool, like colors. Lay flat or hang to dry.
Do not wash with zippers, buttons, anything that will get caught on the fabric or tulle and rip it.
-Items ship in 3-5 weeks after purchasing. Please do not email asking for order updates. You will receive a tracking number when your item ships. I try to update daily as much as possible with which orders I'm working on in the facebook group. Join here.
-Items ship first class through USPS unless otherwise upgraded at checkout. Upgrading shipping timelines are only shipping timelines, not order processing timelines.

-Generally shipping within 3 business days, but we require up to 7
-All sales are final.
If a discount code is not used at time of checkout a refund will not be made. Order changes (addresses, sizes, names, etc.) can not be made once your order is complete. Please check your order for any errors before completing.
